Box Breathing
Equal four-count inhale, hold, exhale, and hold — a steadying square for focus.
Trace a square with the breath: inhale for four, hold for four, exhale for four, and hold for four. Keep each side of the box even and relaxed.
The steady, predictable rhythm makes this a good anchor when the mind feels busy.
