Delete your account.

You can delete your Breathe With Me account and all of your practice data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

Delete from inside the app

If you have the app installed, this is the fastest way:

  1. Open Breathe With Me.
  2. Go to Settings → Account actions → Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete.

We record your deletion request, sign you out immediately, and permanently remove your account and practice history from our servers within 30 days. We email a confirmation once it's complete.

Request deletion without the app

You don't need the app installed to delete your account. Email hello@breathewithme.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify the request and process it on the same timeline below.

If you can't reach us from your account address, just include the address you used to sign in and we'll locate your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credential (email).
  • Your practice history, daily check-ins, streak data, and saved preferences.

We remove this data permanently from our servers within 30 days of your request. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for their own use, so there is nothing to recall from advertisers or data brokers.

What we may keep

We retain only what we are legally required to keep (for example, records needed for tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations), for no longer than the law requires. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
