7-11 Breathing
A long seven-count inhale and an even longer eleven-count exhale to deeply unwind.
Take a long, smooth inhale for seven, then an even longer exhale for eleven. The extended exhale makes this a deeply relaxing pattern; build up to the full count gradually.
If eleven feels like too much, shorten both counts while keeping the exhale longer than the inhale.
