6-3-6-3 Breathing
Six in, brief hold, six out, brief hold — balanced and easy to settle into.
Inhale for six, hold briefly for three, exhale for six, and hold for three. The matched six-count inhale and exhale keep the breath balanced, while the short holds add a little structure.
