5-5-5-5 Breathing
A slower square breath: five counts in, hold, out, and hold.
A slower version of the box: inhale for five, hold for five, exhale for five, and hold for five. Let each phase stay smooth and unforced.
If the five-count holds feel long, ease back the counts while keeping all four phases equal.
